Speed
Marketplace themes often load styles for every module in the library, used or not. Our HubL modules carry their own scoped CSS and load media only when it is needed, which trims what a phone has to download before it can show the page.

Focus areas
Speed, structured data and scale come up on every platform we work with. The code panels are simplified examples of what we check and change.

Beyond meta tags, HubSpot leaves structured data to you. Our HubL templates output Organization, Service, Article, FAQ and Breadcrumb JSON-LD on each page, and each node links to the others so the whole site describes one organization.
A HubDB table can drive a whole family of pages: service areas across Canada, integration pages or product comparisons. Marketers edit rows inside HubSpot with no code, and every page still renders on the server where crawlers can read it.

$ hubspot-cms --inspectAbout this stack
A typical HubSpot site was assembled by a busy marketing team from a drag-and-drop theme. It ranks for the company name and very little else. We take a developer's approach. Custom HubL modules are written for speed. HubDB tables feed long-tail page sets. JSON-LD comes from HubL templates, and smart content is arranged so personalization never muddles canonical signals. Your marketers keep using the HubSpot editor they know. For Canadian teams we set up forms and email consent to support CASL, and build English and French pages with HubSpot's multi-language tools when you market to Québec.
How we work
Projects move through the same stages in order. You can see progress at each one through regular written updates.
$ hubspot audit --depth=fullWe crawl the site, list modules and theme files, check how smart content affects canonicals, find gaps in markup and record mobile vitals.
$ hubl build --modulesPurpose-built HubL modules take over from heavy theme modules. CSS is scoped, scripts are deferred and editors keep the familiar drag-and-drop screens.
$ schema validate --hublTemplates write linked JSON-LD to every page, with Organization at the centre and Service, Article, FAQ and Breadcrumb nodes pointing back to it.
$ hubdb sync --dynamicHubDB tables and dynamic templates generate long-tail pages such as service areas, integrations and comparisons, all maintained by your team inside HubSpot.
$ deploy --portal=productionChanges go to a staging portal first, then live. We track field vitals and weekly Lighthouse scores and route Search Console and HubSpot reports to your Slack.

Platform defaults and our standard
The left side shows how the platform behaves when left alone. The right side is the standard we commit to for your build, which you can check yourself at launch. Neither column describes another client's results.

Packages
Each package has a set scope and a clear deliverable, quoted in CAD before work begins. A retainer is only offered once the site is live and meeting the targets we agreed.
$ deploy --plan=1Review, speed work and markup
$ deploy --plan=2Custom modules plus HubDB page sets
$ deploy --plan=3Several portals or brands, with SEO handled monthly
Every package includes a round of fixes after launch, and any retainer runs month to month.
