How we work

How a Project Runs With Us

We run each client through four stages. First we learn your market. Then we write the plan, carry it out, and show you in your own numbers what changed. Below is what each stage involves.

  • A written roadmap within the first month
  • Dashboards built around leads and sales
  • Quarterly reviews to decide what comes next

The engagement

The four stages of an engagement

Each one has a defined output, so you can see where the project stands.

01

Audit & Discovery

We review your site, content and competitors to find what is blocking growth and where demand is going unmet. Output: a ranked list of findings, a picture of who wins your searches today, and the metrics we will report on. Weeks 1 to 2.

02

Strategy & Roadmap

The findings are put in order of business impact. You see target searches, pages to create or fix, a forecast and the reporting schedule. Weeks 2 to 3.

03

Build & Execute

Our team does the work: content, links, page changes and any development needed to support them. Technical items are built by us instead of landing on your to-do list. From month one.

04

Measure & Scale

Dashboards connect each change to leads and revenue. We review the data, put more behind what performs and open the next opportunity. Continuous.

Your first 90 days

Your first quarter, step by step.

These are the milestones a new client can expect between the start-up call and the first review.

  1. Day 1

    Start-up call and access

We meet the people on your side, collect logins for the site, analytics and ad accounts, and open a shared workspace. The specialists you meet here are the ones doing the work.

  2. Week 1–2

    Audit and starting numbers

The audit runs while we record where each agreed metric stands today. Anything small and safe to fix, such as a broken redirect, goes live during this window.

  3. Day 30

    Roadmap live, work shipping

You have a written roadmap and the first batch of changes is in production: technical repairs, page updates and the opening pieces of content. Early signals like crawl health are now being tracked.

  4. Day 90

    Quarterly review

We sit down with three months of data, connect each result to leads or sales, and agree which channels and pages deserve more effort next quarter.

How we stay in sync

Four ways we keep you informed

Every client gets the same set of check-ins, from a weekly video to a direct chat channel.

A short video each week

Every week you get a recorded walkthrough of what went live, what changed in the numbers and what comes next. Watch it when it suits you.

A dashboard you can open any time

Figures are pulled from GA4, Search Console and your ad platforms, and each one links back to where it came from. Leads and revenue sit at the top.

Monthly planning session

Once a month we compare results with the forecast, explain what we learned and set priorities for the coming four weeks.

Chat with the people doing it

A shared Slack or Teams channel connects you with your specialists. Most questions get a reply the same business day.

Process questions

Before you sign: common questions

Timelines, how much of your time it takes, and what we do when results lag.

When should we expect to see movement?
Technical signals such as indexing, crawl errors and page speed tend to shift first, often within the opening month. Rankings for competitive commercial terms take longer, usually several months. Your roadmap states the expected timeline in writing from the start.
What do you need from our side?
Logins for the website, analytics and ad accounts, one start-up call and a person who can approve changes. Because our team handles implementation, that is normally all it takes to begin.
What happens on the start-up call?
It runs about an hour with the specialists assigned to you. We check access, agree on the metrics that define success, choose a reporting rhythm and set priorities for the first sprint. Your workspace and dashboard follow within a day.
How will we hear from you during the project?
Expect a recorded update every week, a planning session each month, and a shared Slack or Teams channel for everything in between. Replies in that channel come from the person doing the work.
How much of our time does this take?
That is up to you. Some clients like a weekly call. Others prefer to watch the update video and check the dashboard. Either way, your account has a senior owner who keeps things moving without being chased.
Which tools do you report from?
Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs and a set of crawling and performance tools feed a live dashboard. You can log in from the first week instead of waiting for a monthly file.
Who implements the changes?
We do. Technical and on-page fixes go straight into your site, and content arrives ready to publish. When something has to come from your side, for example a DNS record or a CMS approval, you get tested step-by-step instructions.
Can the plan change partway through?
Yes, and it often should. A Google update, a new competitor or a test that underperforms can all shift priorities. The roadmap is updated and every change is flagged with the reason. Success metrics are only changed after we discuss it with you.
What if results are not coming?
The live dashboard and agreed metrics mean you will see it early. We look for the cause and adjust quickly. If the problem cannot be solved, we tell you honestly and wrap up cleanly.
Is a one-off project run differently from ongoing work?
Ongoing work repeats the 90-day cycle each quarter. A project begins with the same discovery and planning, then moves into a fixed scope with milestone reviews. Communication works the same way; only the end date differs.
