AI Search Visibility You Can Measure
Show up inside AI answers. We work to make your business the source ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews cite, through visibility audits, entity and schema work, and content shaped for quoting.
- A baseline of who gets named for your buyers' questions in each AI engine
- Schema, brand entity and crawler fixes shipped straight into your site
- Monthly citation and mention reporting on an agreed prompt set
How quotable is your site to an AI engine?
Tick what is true today. Nothing is crawled here; the score only reflects your answers. A measured audit across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews comes with the full report.
What does CreateITivity do to get a Canadian brand named in AI answers?
We treat AI answer engines as a search channel of their own. The work starts with a visibility audit on the questions your buyers ask, then moves to rewriting key pages into short quotable passages, tightening your brand entity and schema, and opening crawler access. Citation share is tracked engine by engine so you can see which prompts name you.
- Covers Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini
- Work happens at the paragraph level: clear facts, structured data, a well-defined brand entity
- Progress is reported as citation and mention share on an agreed prompt set

Our commitments
When AI search lands on your agenda
Most agencies now list AI SEO on their menu. Ask each one what they will show you at the end, since being named in an answer is either tracked or just claimed.
- When you need SEO first
- If an engine cannot crawl, render or identify your site, rewriting paragraphs will not get you cited. That is technical SEO work, and our audit will say so instead of selling you this service. The SEO engagement
- What we measure
- How often you are cited or mentioned in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot, tracked over time on the questions your customers ask. A rank tracker cannot see inside those answers.
- What we will not promise
- A guaranteed citation. No one decides what a model names, so any agency quoting a citation rate is promising something outside its control. We commit to the work, the tracking and a frank report when things stall.
- How we handle entity work
- We make sure your business is described the same way everywhere an engine looks: your site’s structured data, your Google Business Profile, directories and press. Then we check that engines resolve you as one company. Entity optimization
- What it costs
- An audit comes first so the scope matches the questions that matter to you, then a Canadian-dollar proposal for the ongoing work. How pricing works
Technical fixes in weeks, AI answers shift over months
Engines pick up crawler access and schema changes within days or a few weeks. Being named in answers moves slower, because a model has to revisit and re-weigh the source. The FAQ commits to 60–90 days on your priority questions, starting from here.

- Week 1–2See which brands get named today
- Weeks 2–3AI crawler access and rendering sorted
- Weeks 3–4One consistent brand identity online

- Weeks 6–8Structured data live and validated
- Months 2–3Same questions checked again
- Months 3–6Keep the wins, drop the dead ends
The risk
Where brands drop out of AI answers
Four common gaps we find in audits, each paired with the fix.

An AI answer names a few sources, so being one of them counts
For two decades SEO meant climbing a list. An AI answer is not a list. The model reads the web, writes a reply and credits a small number of sources, sometimes only one. Sitting fourth in Google still brought clicks. Being left out of the answer brings nothing. The upside is that AI engines reward what solid SEO always did, with less tolerance for shortcuts. Plain factual passages, real signs of expertise, structured data and an unambiguous brand make you easy to quote. GEO uses the same rulebook as SEO, applied down to the single sentence a model lifts into its reply.
- Work aimed at AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot
- Quotable passages as well as ranking pages
- Clear entities and schema the engines can trust
- Expertise and trust signals, held to a higher bar
Give AI tools a brand they can identify with confidence
AI engines think in terms of entities: businesses, people, products and places. We map yours, separate them from similar names, and add the schema.org markup and internal links that let machines understand them. Then we strengthen signals elsewhere on the web: consistent listings, accurate knowledge panels and mentions on sources the engines already trust.
- schema.org types such as Organization, Person, Product and LocalBusiness
- Entities separated from look-alikes, plus internal links
- Connections to the public knowledge graphs engines use
Show up for the "who should I hire nearby?" question
A buyer types a single query and gets two kinds of reply. Google lists pages in order, and an AI assistant writes a short list of names. Each needs its own approach, so we plan for both.
Reply 1 Classic search results
Earned through position: a page Google can crawl, that loads quickly and answers the query better than its neighbours.
Reply 2 AI assistants and answer engines
Earned through trust: clear, sourced facts an assistant is willing to repeat and credit to you.

Send us a question your customers ask and see who gets named
We need a question, not your domain. We put it to the main AI engines and report who is named, what was said, and whether the gap is content, how your business is described online, or a crawler that cannot reach you.
- A reply within one business day from the person who would run it
- The answers themselves, quoted word for word
- A clear note when SEO work needs to come first
