Building What the Strategy Calls For

The usual agency hands over a technical audit and leaves your developers to find the time. Our team builds websites, AI agents and software platforms in-house. The SEO changes we suggest get made, and the products we build are ready for search at launch.

  • Recommended fixes get built by us
  • Core Web Vitals and search readiness planned in
  • AI agents, automation and MCP integrations built in-house

Our Development principles

How we approach Development

The working rules we apply to each client, so progress builds month on month and the plan stays on course.

Changes made, tickets closed

When we recommend an SEO or speed fix, our engineers build it. You see the change live and the effect measured, instead of another backlog item.

Ready for search on day one

Sites, agents and platforms are built with fast loading, crawlable pages and structured data from the outset. Nothing needs patching after launch.

SEO and code under one roof

There is no back-and-forth between an agency and your developers. The team that spots a technical problem is the team that fixes it.

Built for real use

AI agents come with testing and guardrails. Platforms come with automated tests, monitoring and documentation. The goal is software that copes with real customers.

01Technical SEO usually stalls between the report and the code
The gap

Technical SEO usually stalls between the report and the code

A familiar story: an agency delivers a forty-point audit and moves on. Your developers are already stretched by product work, so they get to a few items months later. Rankings stay flat, and SEO takes the blame. The advice was fine. The handoff failed. We remove the handoff by writing the code ourselves, from schema and speed work to rendering fixes and site migrations that keep traffic intact. You sign off, and we deploy. Strategy and implementation stay with one team.

  • Technical SEO built as well as advised
  • Our engineers handle speed, schema, crawl and rendering fixes
  • Site moves planned to keep traffic
  • No more waiting on a busy dev team
02Products built by people who know search start ahead
The advantage

Products built by people who know search start ahead

If the people writing the code understand search, the finished product needs no catching up. Site structure follows the way customers search. Pages render on the server and load quickly. Structured data ships with the first release. That applies to a company website, a support agent that answers customer questions, or a multi-tenant SaaS product. Being search-ready is decided in the architecture, early. An agency that only writes reports never gets the chance to make that call.

  • Search needs shape the architecture
  • Server-rendered, quick and indexable as standard
  • Structured data included at launch
  • Applies to websites, AI agents and SaaS alike
Why a report alone falls short

Advise, or build it too? We do both, by design.

How a report-only agency compares with a team that owns the code, on the work that changes rankings.

Report-only agency

Advise, then hand over
  • A report and a task list land in your inbox
  • Your developers must find room in their schedule
  • Fixes arrive late, half-done or never
  • Flat rankings get blamed on SEO

Working with CreateITivity

Advise and build
  • Our engineers build what we recommend
  • Strategy and code sit with the same people
  • Changes go live quickly and are measured
  • New builds are search-ready from the start

Another audit in a shared drive will not move rankings. Getting the fixes built by the people who found them will. That is why we do the engineering as well as the advising.

Working together

The steps in a Development project

Each stage has a clear output, so your team can see what is in progress and what comes next.

01

Review and scope

We document the technical debt, the search potential and the build, then agree a scope and the numbers it will be judged on.

02

Design with search in mind

Site structure, rendering approach, speed budgets and structured data are set during design.

03

Build and release

Experienced engineers build the site, agent or platform plus the SEO work, with tests and guardrails where they count.

04

Track and look after it

We follow Core Web Vitals, rankings and revenue, and keep maintaining the work so it does not slip back.

How we measure

The figures we track

Each project reports against measures agreed at the start, shown in a dashboard your team can open at any time.

  • A named senior specialist leads each account
  • Progress shown in live Looker Studio dashboards
  • Measured on leads and revenue

Development questions

Straight answers on Development

What Canadian owners and their teams usually ask first.

Do you just audit, or actually implement the fixes?
We implement them. Technical SEO, speed and structured data changes are built by our engineers once you approve them. Closing the distance between a report and a live change is why this side of the business exists.
Will the site actually be built to rank?
Yes. Server rendering, speed budgets, a clear page structure and structured data are part of the build from the first line of code. The people writing it also look after your SEO, so it is never an afterthought.
Can you work with our existing codebase and stack?
In most cases. We work with custom stacks, WordPress, headless setups and the common frameworks. We can pick up or extend a build in progress instead of pushing for a rewrite, and we start by reading what you have.
Do you build AI agents for production or just demos?
For production use. Each agent launches with evaluations, guardrails, logging and the tool or MCP connections it needs. It has to hold up when real customers start using it.
How do you handle Core Web Vitals?
A speed budget is agreed at the start and the build keeps to it through rendering choices, image handling, code splitting and strict limits on third-party scripts. We then confirm it with field data. Passing is a launch requirement.
Who owns the code and IP?
Your business does. The repository, the hosting accounts and all intellectual property are yours, with no proprietary platform to get trapped in.
Can you take over a build that is already in progress?
Often, yes. We review where it stands, tell you plainly what is worth keeping and what needs work, and carry on from there. That includes clearing SEO and speed problems left by an earlier team.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Software drifts over time as dependencies age, speed slips and content edits break schema. We can monitor and maintain what we build so your SEO and performance gains hold.
How does the Development work connect to the SEO side?
It is one team. Your technical SEO lead and the engineers work side by side, so a recommendation becomes a live change without a handoff. That is the reason our technical SEO gets implemented.
