We build quick, accessible sites that search engines can read from launch. Every old URL gets a redirect, and rankings are checked daily through the switch. The risky moment in a redesign is launch day, so that is where the planning goes.

Fast, accessible websites for Canadian businesses: custom builds, WordPress, ongoing care and AODA-ready accessibility, built to rank and convert.

Our commitments
Usually one firm builds the site and a different SEO agency inherits the mess. We do both, so there is no list to pass along, and search decisions get made during the build instead of argued over after launch.
Where to start
Few companies rebuild because they fancy a change. Something has become hard to live with, and which thing it is decides the scope.
Changing a phone number means a support ticket. A new landing page takes two weeks. The site works, but your marketers cannot edit it on their own.
Start with a CMS you can operateAn AODA compliance report is due, or a customer told you the site does not work with a screen reader. A plug-in overlay will not fix it. The underlying code has to work by keyboard and with assistive technology.
Start with a conformance auditWhat's Included
Pick the piece you need or combine several. Each one is shaped around your goals and has its own page with the details.
Weeks of design work, then everything hinges on the hours around launch. Here is a redirect map with two rows done properly and four common mistakes. Each mistake hurts in its own way.
/services/seo-audit301/services/seo/seo-auditsA single redirect straight to its true replacement. Repeat that for every old URL and the migration is done right.
/blog/2019/technical-seo301/insights/technical-seoLegacy folders need mapping as well. Your own menus may have forgotten an old archive, but outside sites still send links to it.
/pricing-v2404—Never mapped. It lived outside the CMS, and no one crawled the old site before the rebuild, so it was invisible. Any backlink to it is now wasted.
/case-study/acme301/Sent to the homepage since no matching page existed. Google reads bulk homepage redirects as soft 404s, so the page is gone and the redirect looks evasive too.
/product?id=12301 ×3/products/twelveThree hops in a row, left over from an earlier migration that was never cleaned up. It still lands, but slowly, and ranking signal can leak at each step.
/about/200/aboutTwo live, indexed copies of one page, with and without the trailing slash. The fix is a canonical tag, and until it is in place the page competes with itself.
Nothing here is complicated. It is slow, detailed work that lands on launch day, and it gets squeezed first when a project falls behind. Our team lists every existing URL at the start of the project and checks rankings each day for a month after go-live. The same people build the site and look after its search performance, so nobody hands the mess to someone else. See our technical SEO work
Everyone talks about the design. The bigger risk is the software the site has to exchange data with every day, and that software changes from one sector to the next.
Sectors whose buyers, rules and rivals we have already mapped.
Listing data arrives through CREA’s feeds or a board’s own system, on their timetable and in their format. Each listing needs a crawlable page while it is active and a clean exit once it sells.
Reservations usually happen inside a third-party booking widget you cannot restyle. The site has to get guests to that widget, and analytics has to follow them across the handoff.
Intake forms collect personal health information, so where it is stored and who receives it falls under PHIPA in Ontario and privacy law elsewhere. Patients also include people using screen readers.
The intake form is where clients arrive. If it quietly drops a Sunday-night enquiry, that matter goes to another firm and nobody notices for weeks.
The book-now button hands off to dispatch and scheduling software. How good its API is sets how much of the booking you can design.
Technical buyers open the developer tools. A slow, templated or inaccessible site tells them something about your service before they read a word.
The FAQ gives 6–8 weeks for a marketing site and 10–14 for a custom build. Most of the danger sits at the switch-over, so three of these stages deal with going live rather than building.
See each stage in detailSites usually fail Core Web Vitals because speed gets checked once the design is approved and the costly problems are already built in. We set number targets for LCP, INP and CLS while planning the architecture, and the automated build rejects any change that breaks them. The site then loads quickly for someone on a mid-range phone and a patchy LTE signal outside Sudbury, which is the experience Google's field data records.

Redesigns lose organic traffic most often when they go live without a redirect plan, with page titles stripped out and internal links broken. Our developers and technical SEO staff work on the same team, so every migration follows the same sequence. We crawl the old site, map each URL, carry the metadata over, test on staging, switch over and then monitor. The goal is for traffic to hold steady through launch week and beyond.
Each one shapes the architecture of a site, and each costs far less to handle at the planning stage than after go-live.
The metrics in plain terms, and the build choices that raise or sink each score.
If pages only appear after JavaScript runs, many AI crawlers see an empty shell. Whether that happens is settled when the site is built.
Custom development is the right call less often than agencies suggest. Start with where a site builder will do the job, and the terms a quote expects you to know.
When Shopify, Wix or Webflow will serve you well, and what you give up by choosing one.
Launch day is the start of the site’s life. Who looks after it afterwards, and on what terms.
