How Our Engagements Are Priced

Every quote we send is written for one client. Continuous marketing work is billed monthly, and builds get a fixed figure up front. This page explains how we arrive at the number and how to request yours.

  • Monthly programs measured on business results
  • One written figure for each project

How we price

Two billing models.

Which one applies depends on whether the work keeps going or has a finish line. Some clients use both.

Monthly programs for ongoing growth

Search, paid media and content are continuous work, so they run month to month against an agreed scope and a short list of business metrics. Each quarter we review whether the program is earning its place.

Fixed quotes for builds

A new website, a platform migration, an AI agent or a SaaS feature has a beginning and an end. We define the deliverables, then give you one written figure before work starts.

By service

How each service is quoted.

Your figure depends on the four factors further down. Ask and we will put it in writing.

Planning custom software, such as an AI agent or a SaaS platform? We quote those one project at a time. Describe your project.

Included, every plan

Part of every engagement

Small budget or large, these come as standard.

Experienced hands on your work

The specialist who scopes your project is the one who carries it out. That holds for small budgets and large ones.

Live reporting

Your dashboard puts leads and revenue first, with each figure linked to its source. Open it whenever you want.

Agreed success measures

Before work begins we settle which numbers matter. Reports cover them honestly, failed tests included.

Weekly video, monthly review

A recorded update each week and a planning session each month tell you what went live and what it changed.

Flexible terms

Commitment length is agreed up front and written into your proposal, so there are no surprises later.

Everything stays yours

Ad accounts, analytics, content and code belong to your business. We set things up so another team could pick them up.

What moves the number

What drives the cost

These four questions shape almost every quote we write.

How crowded your market is

Ranking for a term that national chains chase takes more effort than winning a city-level search in Hamilton or Halifax.

How fast you want to go

More pages, campaigns or releases each month means more specialist time on your account.

How many channels

A single service costs less than a combined program covering search, ads and development.

How much is riding on it

Regulated fields such as health, legal and finance need extra review time and senior sign-off.

Questions about cost and terms

What people usually ask before requesting a quote.

Why is there no price list on this page?
Two clients asking for "SEO" can need very different amounts of work. A roofer in Brampton and a software company selling across Canada face different competition. We would rather quote your actual situation than publish a figure that fits nobody.
How do I know if I need a monthly program or a project?
Work that keeps going, like search, ads and content, is a monthly program. Work with a finish line, like a site rebuild or an AI agent, is a project with a fixed quote. Many clients have one of each.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Commitment length depends on the work and is stated clearly in your proposal before you sign. Projects are billed against milestones that are agreed in advance.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. The first call and the initial audit are free. If a deeper paid audit makes sense for your site, we will explain why and what it costs before anything is booked.
What comes with every engagement?
Senior people doing the work, a live dashboard built around revenue, weekly recorded updates, a monthly review, and full ownership of every account, file and line of code. None of that is an add-on.
Can we change the scope later?
Yes. You might add paid media to an SEO program or scale back for a quarter. We agree the change in writing and adjust the next invoice.
How do you put a quote together?
We look at complexity, competition, timing and the level of expertise required. After a short discovery call you receive a written proposal with a specific figure in Canadian dollars.
Are we paying for hours?
Monthly programs are a set fee for a defined scope and agreed measures. You are buying the output and the expertise behind it. If hitting the target takes us longer than planned, that cost is ours.
How is billing handled?
Invoices are issued in Canadian dollars with applicable sales tax. Payment schedule and accepted methods are listed in your proposal.
Can we try a smaller piece of work first?
Yes. A stand-alone audit or a short first phase lets you see how we work and what the opportunity looks like before you commit to anything longer.
