The service
Our approach to
User Behaviour Analytics
Pageviews and bounce rate only tell part of the story. Our behaviour analytics work uses heatmaps, scroll maps, click tracking, rage-click detection and funnel views to show patterns in how people use your site, so changes rest on evidence and lift engagement and sales.

Common blockers
Where this kind of work usually gets stuck
Problems that show up again and again when we first look at an account. Our plan is built to deal with each one.
Reports that never explain why
Analytics shows what happened. Behaviour tools show the reasons behind it.
No view of what happens on the page
You cannot see where people pause, click in frustration or give up. Heatmaps and recordings show you.
Tracking you cannot rely on
Missing or broken events turn decisions into guesses. We set up measurement that holds up.
Tools that never talk to each other
Analytics in one place, recordings in another, surveys somewhere else. We bring them together.

How we keep the work accountable
Before work starts, we agree on the number that matters most to you. Each sprint is planned against it. You get a short recorded update every week and a dashboard you can open any time, and the senior lead joins every call.
- A senior lead runs your account from day one
- A recorded walkthrough each week and a shared reporting dashboard
- We work inside the tools and CMS your team already uses
- Target ranges written into the agreement before we begin
Our Process
Four stages of User Behaviour Analytics
The same order every time: find the constraint, plan, deliver, then review. Here is what each stage involves.
Find the Drop-Offs
We set up GA4, server-side events and session recordings, then follow visitors through your funnel to see where they leave. In roughly two weeks you get those exit points ranked by the revenue they cost.
Score the Ideas
Each problem becomes a hypothesis we can test, rated on potential, importance and ease (the PIE model). You sign off on the 90-day test plan before anything is built.
Test Properly
A/B and multivariate tests run until they reach the sample size worked out in advance and 95 percent confidence. Every result, good or bad, goes into a written log so later tests start smarter.
Roll Out and Repeat
Proven changes go live across the site and the next round of tests begins. A shared dashboard tracks the gain over time, and your strategist sends a recorded update each week.

Watch how people really use your pages
Standard reports show bounce rates and drop-offs. Behaviour analytics shows the reasons. We set up and read heatmaps, scroll maps, recordings and click tracking to find where visitors hesitate, misread something, click repeatedly in frustration or leave. Tools are configured to mask personal information in forms. A vague complaint like “conversions are low” becomes a specific problem you can fix.
- Heatmaps, scroll maps and click tracking
- Session recordings reviewed by analysts
- Frustration and hesitation patterns found
- The reasons behind the numbers

Tracking that tells the truth
Insight built on bad data misleads. Many sites have missing events, double-counted conversions or funnels nobody tracks. We set up GA4 and event tracking properly, configure funnels and goals, add consent handling where your privacy setup requires it and test that everything fires correctly. Every later decision depends on this step.
- GA4 and event tracking set up properly
- Funnels and goals configured
- Consent settings respected
- Testing and QA of every tag

Join the tools into one view
On their own, analytics, heatmaps, recordings and surveys each give part of the answer. We combine them into one picture and write up what it means: a ranked list of where and why customers struggle, ready for your design team or test program. That is how raw data becomes a better decision.
- Analytics, heatmaps and recordings combined
- Numbers paired with observed behaviour
- A ranked list of findings
- Input ready for testing and design

What a User Behaviour Analytics engagement includes
The rules every experiment runs under: the evidence needed before a winner is declared, what happens to tests that lose, and who approves a hypothesis before it is built.
- A named senior specialist leads each account
- Progress shown in live Looker Studio dashboards
- Measured on leads and revenue
